Horizon Laboratory currently facilitates laboratory service to physician offices, wellness clinics, and community health centers in Northern Colorado in Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, Brush, and Sterling. Horizon Laboratory supports Banner Health hospital laboratories in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. Testing that is not available locally is sent out to one of our reference laboratory partners, Quest Diagnostics, Sonora Quest Laboratories, and others upon request.
