Direct Access Testing
Laboratory blood tests are now available every week, Monday through Friday, on a walk-in basis at Horizon Laboratory locations in Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins.
Convenient locations and hours, low cost and minimal wait times make it easy to keep tabs on your health. Appointments and doctor's orders are not required.
Benefits of Direct Access Testing:
- Lower out-of-pocket expense for patients who are uninsured or have a high deductible.
- Some individuals may wish to have more frequent testing than their health care insurance plans will cover.
- A good option for people who wish to assess their health status on a regular basis.
- Individuals can have basic lab testing performed without a physician’s order.

Results will be mailed to the address listed on your consent form unless otherwise requested. Photo ID will be required to pick up lab results. It is the patient's responsibility to share results with their physician.
Horizon Laboratory will not bill insurance for Direct Access Tests. Horizon Laboratory accepts cash, check or credit card at the time of service.
